QA/QC Introduction
All of the in-house QC staff are experienced technical, and all of the production staff has been specifically trained to conduct QC inspections. Our QC system covers all the production stages from the incoming materials/components to the finished products. We also conduct random checks and inspections on the products after packaging.

Description:Operation: Run by two operators, the machine has four service positions. In the first service position, operators install clamps and arrange pole groups. In the second, the pole lugs are brushed automatically, and the cast welding pastes are dipped automatically. In the third, the pole group bus-bars, crossover welding heads, and pole posts are cast automatically. And in the fourth, operators take out of finished pole groups and install them into the battery jars. The four service positions rotate with a degree of 90 each other. The production process is automatically finished under the control of the PLC. Features: The screw vane pump is used for supplying aluminum liquid. The lead valve is inside the lead pan, whose capacity is one ton. Cast welding moulds are replaced to be suitable for batteries with different specifications.
